Creole Sauce

Here is a sauce that is not only great on any seafood Poboy but also on turkey breast and chicken breast sandwiches!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Zatarain's Creole mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Wasabi horseradish sauce
1 green onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tsp sweet pickle relish
1 1/4 tsp Italian volcanic lemon juice
1/2 tsp essence
1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
