Half pot sticker half egg roll, all good! These Gyozas are quick to make and quickly disappear once served. If you have any extra spicy Kimchi make use of it!

Ingredients:
1 package jiaozi wrappers (won ton wrappers can be substituted)
1/4 cup red onions (chopped)
2 tbsp carrots (shredded)
1/4 cup spicy Kimchi (chopped)
fresh crack pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

In a medium mixing bowl mix together onions, carrots, pepper and Kimmi together. Add a little more than a tablespoon of the mixture to each wrapper and press edges together, continue until out of wrappers or mixture.

Heat olive oil in a small sauce pan over medium high heat. Once heated add Gyozas 3-4 at a time and cook 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oil using a slotted spoon and place on a plate covered with 3-4 paper towels. Continue until all Gyozas are cooked.

Serve hot with sweet chili sauce and enjoy!
