Another lazy morning calls for another grilled cheese! We actually were feeling so lazy that we had grilled cheeses for breakfast and dinner. I even had one at lunch, now that is what you call being lazy! I think one thing that I love most about grilled cheese sandwiches is that they remind me of being younger. I can remember a time with grilled cheeses and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches must have been 2/3 of my desired food pyramid. The third tier would've of course been sugar! In between hanging upside down on the jungle gym and trying to swing so high and fast that I went in a complete loop I would have been munching down on one of these sandwiches. Of course now that I am older and keep a cooking website I could not make just any grilled cheese, however, in the spirit of feeling young I can give it a fun name! Adults and children, get your tummies and palates ready for the Mushkinded grilled cheese! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 onion hamburger rolls
2 slices deli sliced Provolone
2 slices deli sliced Swiss
1 slice American cheese or 2 tbsp hot sauce cheddar
4 slices salami or 6 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup Brummel and Brown

Preheat medium non stick skillet over medium high heat.

Layer sandwiches as fallows; bottom bun, provolone slice, salami or pepperoni, American cheese or hot sauce cheddar, Swiss and other bun. Squish sandwich down flat by hand, then flip of sandwich so that bottom of bun faces upward and spread 1 tbsp of Brummel and Brown on bun. Place sandwich in skillet bottom down and cook for 3-4 minutes. Spread 1 tbsp of Brummel and Brown on top of sandwich, flip and smush down with spatula. Cook 3-4 minutes remove from heat and repeat with other sandwich.

Serve hot!
