This is Zo's easier and tastier Habanero Mango salsa.  The other version is still what I would use as a topping.  This one is just better with chips. Included below this post is the original version.

Ingredients:
2 mangos (peeled, cubed)
3/4 cup red onion (chopped)
1 tbsp white vinager
2 tbsp water
1 1/2 limes juice
1/2 orange juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1-2 tomatoes diced (or 3 tbsp canned diced tomatoes)
1/4 cup cilantro

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until chopped and mixed well..

Here is a versatile sweet and spicy salsa that Zo makes. We have used this as a topping on fish, quesadillas and sauce for sandwiches as well as for chips and dips. Expect a mild heat that lingers but does not burn, you won't be running for a glass of water!

Ingredients:
2 cups mango (skinned and seeded)
2 Habanero peppers (seeded and stem removed)
3/4 cup onion (chopped)
2 Campari tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 1/2 limes fresh squeezed juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt

Add all ingredients into blender and pulse until well mixed.
