Zo said she wanted ham but I did not want to make ham.  She told me I had to make it... So I did.  But I decided to just go crazy by stuffing it with linguica, grilling it and coating it with a think Chipotle Blueberry Glaze.  In the end I am glad Zo made me make ham because I loved it!

Ingredients:
Ham
8.75-9 lb spiral cut smoked ham
13 oz hot linguica (sliced into long 1/8 inch thick strips, then cut in half)

Glaze

6 oz fresh Blueberries
1/3 cup Orange juice (non-concentrated)
7 oz can Chipotles in adobe sauce
3 tbsp Molasses
1 tbsp Fresh crack pepper
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
Kosher salt (to taste)

Glaze
Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until even.  Using an Infusion mixer, blend until an even and smooth liquid has been formed. (If you do not have an infusion blender you can use a food processor or blender to mix.)

Ham

Preheat grill to 250-260 degrees/

Lay ham cut side down onto a large doubled over piece of heavy duty aluminum foil.  Stuff each spiral cut with a slice or two of linguica.  Place ham on grill and cook for 2-2 1/2 hours or until heated through. Glaze  every 15 minutes.

Remove from grill and serve hot, Enjoy!
