Smokey Citrus Avocado Dip

Ingredients:
1 large ripe avocados
2 1/2 tsp Italian volcano lemon juice
2 pinches of kosher salt
1/4 jalapeno (diced finely)
1 medium pinch Cumin
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp garlic olive oil
3-4 drips of liquid smoke (mesquite flavor)
(add 1 tsp of your favorite hot sauce for flavor and heat)

T0 prepare cut avocado all the way around with a knife, scoop out the pit with a spoon and then spoon avocado into bowl. Mush avocado with fork. Mix in the rest of ingredients with fork till even. Goes well with most mexican foods.
