Upon completion of this sandwich I said, "I think I am going to name this sammich the Al Capone, it sounds cool." I can not take credit for this sandwich in anyway, seeing how I have seen versions of it at restaurants all over. Heck, I have even seen it for sale at Starbucks. I am not sure what this sandwich is usually called or even if it has a specific name. What I do know is it is what I ordered on Zo and my first date. I really loved the sandwich but was so head over heals falling in love with her that I forgot it at the table when we left. I might have lost the sandwich but I gained a fiance! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
6 slices of prosciutto
3 half inch slices of fresh mozzarella
9 large fresh basil leaves
3 1/4 inch slices of vine tomato
1 tbsp creole mustard
2 tbsp mayonnaise
6 half inch slices of Italian sourdough bread

Grill prosciutto over medium heat for 2 minutes per side.

Mix together mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Spread mixture over one side of each slice of bread. Layer 2 slices of prosciutto, 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of mozzarella and 3 basil leaves in your preferred order to make 3 sandwiches and serve. Enjoy!
