7-8 fresh Brussels sprouts (sliced into thin rounds)
1-2 tbsp white balsamic vinager
1 tbsp bacon grease
1-2 tbsp red wine
kosher salt (to taste)
fresh crack pepper (to taste)
Heat bacon grease in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Once heated add brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add red wine and vinegar and continue to cook 10-15 minutes over medium heat until soft and browning. Enjoy!
