Broiled New York Strips with Zinfandel Dijon Sauce

These Broiled New York Strips are some easy steaks made amazing with a delicious sauce!  If you need a fast but fancy meal look no further!  Enjoy!

2 New York Strip Steaks (at room temp)
kosher Salt (to taste)
fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
3 tbsp unsalted Butter (at room temp)

Zinfandel Dijon Sauce

Place rack on highest position and pre-heat broiler to high.

Brush both sides of steaks with butter and then season both sides with salt and pepper.  Place steaks on an oven safe dish and broil for 4 -5 minutes, flip steaks brush with butter and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.

Remove steaks from broiler brush with remaining butter, place them on a plate and cover with aluminum foiled, letting rest for 3-5 minutes.

Serve with Zinfandel Dijon Sauce.
