This simple Nuovo Mondo Loaf Pizza will blow you away with just how simply delicious it is.  It is the perfect dinner or lunch to make if you have some left over Nuovo Mondo Potato Sauce but it is also worth making some of the same sauce for this pizza if you do not have any left over! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Pizza
1 1/2 cups Nuovo Mondo Potato Sauce
8 oz Mozzarella (shredded)
4 oz smoked raw cheddar (shredded)
1 loaf Sperlonga bread (a softer Chibatta bread)

Garnish
3 tbsp fresh Italian parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh chives (chopped)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Toss cheeses together in a medium bowl until even.

Toss garnish in a small bowl until even.

Slice bread loaf in half with a bread knife and place on a baking safe dish.  Spread sauce evenly between the to halves of bread and then sprinkle with cheese mixture.  Place pizza in oven and back for 12 minutes.  Remove from oven and sprinkle with garnish.  Place pizza back in oven and continue to back for 3-5 minutes or until top is just beginning to brown.  Remove, slice and enjoy!
