Here is a simple way to grill up some pears!
2 ripe pears (cut in half, seeds removed)
2 slices of smoked deli bacon (cut in half)
1/3 cup Gruyere cheese (shredded)
Fresh crack pepper
2 tbsp white balsamic
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place bacon on bottom rack and cook for 5-7 minutes or until cripsing.
Rub pears with balsamic and crack fresh pepper over them. Place the pears on middle rack cut side down and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip them over, fill them with cheese and contiune to cook until the cheese has fully melted (3-5 minutes.) Remove from grill, place a half of bacon slice over each one and serve hot. Enjoy!
