I wholeheartedly wanted to give this grilled cheese a TF taste rating. I truly loved it but could not justify giving a grilled cheese sandwich such a high rating. It was in fact amazing! Probably one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I have ever had, ever! Zo really out did her self with this one. So try it and love it!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup onion, (sliced (1/4 inch think, sautéed with black pepper)
2 slices baby swiss
2 slices pepper-jack
2 tbsp feta (crumbled)
1 tbsp 1 tsp Brummel and Brown
2 large slices sheepherder's bread

In a nonstick skillet saute onions for 5-7 minutes over medium high heat. Once they begin to sweat and turn translucent remove from heat and sit to side.

Spread slices of baby swiss onto one slice of bread, sprinkle crumbled feta over swiss, spread out onions, lay pepper-jack over onions and top with the other slice of bread.

Squish sandwich down flat by hand, spread 2 tsp of Brummel and Brown on bun. Place sandwich in nonstick skillet butter side down and cook for 3-4 minutes. Spread 2 tsp of Brummel and Brown on top of sandwich, flip and smush down with spatula. Cook 3-4 minutes or until crispy, remove from heat and serve hot! Enjoy
